Hello, I am Laine!
I also earned coaching certifications from the Strozzi Institute and the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), along with expertise in 360 diagnostics and other leadership tools. These experiences gave me a diverse toolkit, blending somatic practices with co-active coaching to support leaders holistically—addressing mind, body, and spirit.
Over the past two decades, I’ve partnered with leaders and teams across North America, Latin America, Asia, and Africa. From nonprofits to tech companies to humanitarian organizations, I’ve helped leaders embrace transformation, align their values with action, and inspire collaboration. Drawing from expressive arts, anthropology, and somatic coaching, I take a holistic, empathetic, and culturally sensitive approach. Through individual coaching and facilitation, I empower leaders to build resilience, embrace transformation, and lead with purpose.
I love what I do and can’t wait to share it with you!
My journey into leadership and coaching began twenty years ago with a transformative experience in South Africa, where I used theater to help women reclaim their stories and address community challenges. Their performances revealed how storytelling can inspire personal growth, foster connection, and bridge divides. It was here I discovered the power of creativity to drive meaningful change—not just for individuals but for entire communities.
At the same time, I encountered the complexities of leadership in uncertain environments. The organization I worked with faced challenges like leadership transitions, misaligned teams, and shifting priorities with limited resources. What began as a theater project became a lesson in how leadership dynamics shape outcomes, sparking my transition from theater to leadership development and organizational change.
This shift led me to pursue degrees in Organizational Anthropology and Expressive Arts in Conflict Transformation, expanding my understanding of how human behavior, culture, and creativity shape organizational success.
